Case Management

Creating a roadmap for support and growth

Navigating the return to life after release with guidance and help.

Oftentimes, returning back to life after release may come with challenges. SACA case managers provide individualised case management and counselling services to clients and their families, with the intention of identifying core rehabilitation needs and providing support to help break the cycle of re-offending.
