Overview
The Rebuilding Lives / Homecoming Programme recognises that for the inmates; encouragement, care and concern from family members plays a pivotal role in their rehabilitation and reintegration efforts. It also recognises that family members need to be prepared to receive the inmate upon his/her release from prison. Thus, the Programme seeks to bridge the transitions that both the inmates and their families undergo, and to provide the necessary support to facilitate this.
