On 31 August 2018, the State Courts hosted a Family Day event for its adopted charities.
SACA's beneficiaries, together with guests from various Halfway Houses, invited their loved ones to the event. They were all treated to an afternoon of goodies and movie, ALPHA, at Orchard Cineleisure. It is a historical adventure film, telling the story of Young Keda. Set 20,000 years ago, Keda struggles to survive alone in the wild when he is left for dead by his tribe. He forms an unlikely alliance with an abandoned wolf separated from its pack. Facing unforgiving terrains, the two must make it home before winter falls.
The movie snacks and goodie bags prepared were also a huge hit with our clients! Items included popcorn, water, ez-link cards, and a customised water bottle.
Our clients thoroughly enjoyed their time, and we would like to thank the State Courts for paintstakingly organising the event.
